Visual Bubble Test

Most water systems operate under varying flow conditions. This test was performed to establish that the Smart Valve would reduce measurement under varying flow rates. The flow rate was manually altered between two flow rates at constant intervals over a timed test.

Air Only Test

This test was performed to visually confirm that the Smart Valve reduces the volume of air present in a pressurized system, and to test for a difference in the measured flow rate under both test and control conditions when the supplied flow rate is constant.

Variable Flow Rate

This test was performed to validate that the Smart Valve reduces the measured flow rate in a system. Supplied flow rate is constant. Smart Valve near max setting.
